Below you will be able to block book classes, purchase single classes and book on to any forthcoming workshops. All classes and events must be paid for prior to attending, I am unable to accept money at the time of class. Terms and Conditions apply to all classes.
8 Week Beginners Yoga Course
Yoga Course learning from the very beginning. All levels welcome. Classes start from Monday 2nd September 2019, 1900-2030. Classes are held at The Burnside Community Centre, Burnside Crescent, Langley, Middleton, M24 5NN Mats and blankets are provided.

6 week Pregnancy Yoga Course
A 6 week pregnancy Yoga Course supporting you through your pregnancy and preparing you for the birth of your baby. Women must be in their second trimester. Sessions are 1730-1845 at The Burnside Centre, Middleton, Manchester, M24 5NN, Classes start Monday 23rd September. Mats and Props are provided but you are more than welcome to bring a cushion for support.

Focused Goals and Hearts Desires
A 3 hour workshop provided you with protected time to gain clarity on your goals and hearts desires for 2020. The session will take place on Saturday 1st February 2020 runs 1400-1700 and will take place at YPW Studio, 130 Water Street, Radcliffe, M26 4BE Early Bird price £20.00 (available up until 4th January 2020)
Yoga for those who work in Health & Care Saturday 23rd November 2019 1400-1600
A 2 hour workshop where we will practice techniques that will help support you and your body whilst at work. Working in health and care can have such an impact physically, mentally, emotionally spiritually. Yoga can help on all these levels connecting the breath, mind and body. The session is about self care and how we can use yoga to rest, restore and energise our bodies to prepare us for the working day ahead of us and also when we go home at the end of the day. The session is suitable for people who have never practiced yoga before. In the session we will cover: The importance of breathwork Before and after work self care Intention setting for your day Pump it up and power through your working day Yoga for back care and restoration
