Below you will be able to block book classes, purchase single classes and book on to any forthcoming workshops. All classes and events must be paid for prior to attending, I am unable to accept money at the time of class. Terms and Conditions apply to all classes.
8 Week Beginners Yoga Course
Yoga Course learning from the very beginning. All levels welcome. Next 8 week block begins Monday 20th January 2020, 1900-2030. Classes are held at The Burnside Community Centre, Burnside Crescent, Langley, Middleton, M24 5NN Mats and blankets are provided.
Drop in Yoga Class
If you prefer to pay for your yoga classes as you go you can do so here. All classes must be paid for before attendance
Lunar Yoga & Wellbeing Classes
A 75 minute gentler yoga class which is suitable for ladies who are 14 weeks pregnant and over, ladies who have given birth and want to return to gentle exercise which supports them post-natally. The session is suitable for those who maybe experiencing menopause or maybe new to exercise or haven’t exercised in a while. The movements here are more gentle and fluid whilst at the same time creating strength and resilience. Sessions are 1730-1845 at The Burnside Centre, Middleton, Manchester, M24 5NN, Classes start Monday 20th January. Mats and Props are provided but you are more than welcome to bring a cushion for support. Block book 4 classes or attend on a drop in basis. All classes must be booked and paid for in advance

If you would just like to try the Lunar Yoga & Wellbeing Class or are unable to commit to a 6 week course you can pay as you go
Focused Goals and Hearts Desires
A 3 hour workshop provided you with protected time to gain clarity on your goals and hearts desires for 2020. The session will take place on Sunday 23rd February 2020 runs 1400-1700 and will take place at YPW Studio, 130 Water Street, Radcliffe, M26 4BE
